Customer Service Advisor

Derby

£25.5k + Bonus



We are recruiting for an experienced customer service advisor to join the team on behalf of our client based in the Allenton area of Derby.



Working Hours:

You will work a Saturday and Sunday every third week. On these weeks you will get 2 weekdays off.

Monday to Friday 0745-1615 / 0945-1815 on a weekly rotation

Saturday working hours are 0800-1700



Day to day includes

  • Acting as first point of contact for customers in person, over the telephone and via e-mail.

  • Advise and recommend the clients services dependent on their needs

  • Upsell and promote the companies service wherever possible

  • Complete administrative tasks, filing, copying and data entry.

  • General Housekeeping.



About you

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a customer facing role essential, experience in a sales environment would be desirable.

  • Confident communicator, ability to advise and recommend options to customers

  • Administrative skills, proficiency in Microsoft Packages.

  • Fluent in English both written and verbal.

  • GCSE Pass in Maths and English or equivalent (Please be aware a basic Math's, English and reasoning assessment forms part of the interview process for this role)
