Scania is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for its Darlington team, responsible for managing customer queries and coordinating service tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and a passion for customer service, supported by a competitive salary and a robust benefits package.

Week 1: 07:00 – 15:30 | Week 2: 08:00 – 16:30 | Week 3: 10:00 – 18:30 | Overtime: 1 in 3 Saturdays 07:00 – 12:00

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team at Darlington. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be at the forefront of customer interaction, and your responsibilities will include building relationships with new and existing customers, coordinating routine servicing, repairs and maintenance, handling queries and raising invoices for work carried out, whilst always keeping our customers up to date. You will have a real passion for delivering a first-class service and an organised approach to your work.
