Pay Rate: £ 24,176

Grade: P

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: Monday to Friday 0900-1700

Location: Coventry, CV2 2TA

Training: 2 week in Kemble Cotswolds' - Monday - Friday - Day Shift - (Hotels and Expenses covered) - This is a must and required should you be successful upon application/interview

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
  • To support and provide solutions to customers with queries, complaints and orders
  • Providing outstanding service to customers via telephone, online chat and email and other activities that are needed to deliver a great customer experience.
  • Understanding each customer\'s needs and wants, allowing you to tailor the service specifically for them.
  • Taking ownership of allocated customer issues, resolving appropriately and following up to maintain customer confidence and encourage repeat business.
  • Advising customers on care and maintenance of their products, creating opportunities for add on sales where appropriate.
  • Will be required to complete warehouse tasks also, handling and checking of stock etc
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
  • Experience of dealing with customers online, phone and email
  • Good communication skills
  • Good computer/IT skills
  • Flexible and happy to work both in office/warehouse
  • Able to maintain a high level of accuracy, attention to detail within day to day duties
