Then come join us as a Customer Service Advisor and you’ll work Monday to Friday (between the hours of 9am to 6pm) with 1 in 3 Saturdays (9am to 1pm), Full time 37.5 hours per week.
No experience necessary as we will provide you with full training! We offer a basic salary of
£23,400 p/a full time hours and pro rata's for part time hours plus a generous quarterly bonus so you can earn
up to £27,400 per year full time. You’ll also be rewarded with all the great benefits of working with the UKs largest independent Insurance Brokers - Towergate.
With a
start date of 12th May 2025, You’ll have a 4-week induction followed by an 8-week training academy. - Providing great customer service to existing clients over the phone and via email, so having attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly, plus a positive attitude is a must.
- Efficiently manage high call volumes in our dynamic contact centre environment meeting and exceeding performance KPI’s and targets.
- You will need to enjoy working in a team, we work hard, help and support each other and we’re driven to achieve all our team goals and objectives…all whilst having a lot of fun!

Responsibilities
- Dealing with either inbound or outbound customer calls, understanding the customer’s needs, and providing insurance solutions to that are best suited to their requirements
- Ensuring calls are answered in a timely professional manner, and that exceptional customer experience is always delivered, and that business standards are adhered to at all time
- Processing correspondence, renewals activity, new business quotations
- Ensuring that all workflow activity is completed in accordance with approved business processes
- Complying with all approved procedures, customer service standards and external regulatory bodies.
- Achieving and maintaining the required competencies for the role.
- Ensuring that any customer complaints are identified and handled strictly within the company's complaints procedure.
Essential Criteria
- Engaging personal communication style.
- Positive attitude, resilient, adaptive, receptive, and articulate.
- Previous experience in sales or service. We are keen to hear from individuals with a background in public facing industries such as insurance, retail, and hospitality.
