Overview

Temporary Customer Service Advisor. Based: Lasswade, Edinburgh, EH18 - fully office based. Start date: ASAP. Duration: 3-6 month. £12.21 per hour. 36.25 hours per week | Includes every 2nd Saturday with a day off during the week.

Responsibilities
  • Dealing with incoming calls - raising tickets internally
  • Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Delivering best-in-class service through warm, effective, and efficient interactions
  • Thinking on your feet to resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and service delivery
  • Meeting and exceeding internal service level KPIs
  • Collaborating with team members and supporting store teams as needed
Systems & Skills
  • Confident using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internal systems
  • Comfortable navigating multiple platforms and maintaining accurate customer records
