A leading vehicle body repair provider in Cirencester is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to deliver a seamless customer experience throughout the vehicle repair journey. This position offers a salary of up to £30,500 and requires a proactive attitude with at least 3 years of customer service experience. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, scheduling bookings, and assisting them through the claims process.
