A customer service role in student housing based in Cardiff is seeking temporary Customer Service Advisors from 1st to 7th September. The role involves welcoming students, answering queries, managing key handovers, and ensuring a positive move-in experience. Ideal candidates possess excellent communication skills, a calm demeanor in fast-paced settings, and preferably prior customer service experience. Pay is GBP12.30 per hour.
Customer Service Advisor Student Accommodation (Temporary Role)
Location: Cardiff
Dates: 1st September 7th September (7 days)
Hours: 9:00am 6:00pm (8 hours/day)
Pay Rate: GBP12.30 per hour
We are looking for friendly and proactive Customer Service Advisors to support a busy student accommodation site during the September check-in period.
Key responsibilities include:
Welcoming students and assisting with the check-in process
Answering queries and providing information about the site and local area
Managing key handovers and logging any maintenance issues
Ensuring a smooth, positive move-in experience for all residents
What we're looking for:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A calm, helpful attitude in a fast-paced environment
Previous customer service experience is preferred
Must be available for all 7 days of the assignment
