We’re recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary of £24,525 for this Hybrid role.

What you'll be doing:
  • Managing customer contact across various channels, focusing on more complex queries
  • Supporting vulnerable customers by understanding their individual needs and circumstances
  • Delivering fair outcomes and building strong, lasting customer relationships
  • Using internal systems to provide a seamless and compliant customer experience
  • Sharing feedback and ideas to improve our services, products, and processes
  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints with care and professionalism
  • Identifying opportunities to retain business and generate leads
  • Taking ownership of your personal development and career progression
Qualifications
  • A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great service
  • Strong communication skills with an empathetic and authentic approach
  • Ability to adapt your style to suit different customer needs and situations
  • Confidence using computers and familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • A team player who enjoys collaborating and supporting others
  • Previous customer service experience is helpful but not essential
