We are working with our client based in Burgess Hill, seeking a professional and personable Customer Service Advisor to join their team.

This role is crucial to ensuring an outstanding customer experience from the initial enquiry through to after-sales support. You'll be responsible for managing communications, processing orders, and providing an exceptional level of service to both new and existing customers.

The Role

  • Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Processing crash part and online orders
  • Coordinating with internal teams to meet client expectations
  • Managing post-installation follow-ups and issue resolution
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting general service functions

The Candidate
  • Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role

The Package
  • Salary starting from £25,500pa DOE
  • Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
