Customer Journey Specialist

Salary: £30,000 per annum with an increase upon successful completion of a 6-month probation.

Hours: 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday, with 1 in 2 Saturdays, depending on business needs.

Location: Halo ARC Bristol

We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor for our Accident Repair Centre in Bristol. This high-profile role involves managing all site administration functions, ensuring customer vehicles are collected and delivered efficiently, and providing exceptional customer service at all times.

The role includes, but is not limited to:

  1. Inspecting vehicles, assessing damage, and taking clear photos.
  2. Handling administration duties and liaising with customers.
  3. Logistical and transport planning.
  4. Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  5. Adhering to health and safety regulations and reporting issues.
  6. Coordinating with workshop staff to ensure efficient vehicle processing.
  7. Performing ad hoc administrative duties as assigned by the Bodyshop Manager.
  8. Providing a positive and enthusiastic attitude daily.
  9. Collecting and delivering vehicles while observing highway laws.

  • Ability to complete tasks from start to finish to a high standard within set timeframes.
