Position: Customer Service Advisor at 4Com

You will be responsible for providing telephone support to our customers to maintain their systems. Supporting the technical teams when needed and resolving 1st line faults professionally and promptly, ensuring high standards of customer service at all times.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1st line technical support via telephone to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Obtain referrals from satisfied customers and pass to the upgrades team
  • Report third-party faults and liaise with relevant departments
  • Support the technical team in various areas as needed
  • Perform general administrative duties such as logging calls and database management
Candidate Requirements:
  • Excellent and confident telephone manner
  • Experience in an inbound call centre or customer-facing role
  • Exposure to telecoms/IT (preferred but not essential)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational skills and enthusiasm
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
