Job description

We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a contact centre team in the Birmingham area.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Making outbound and receiving inbound phone calls from customers
  • Gathering customer details to ensure all details are accurate and up to date
  • Providing an efficient customer experience to all customers, resolving complaints

Location: Solihull
Working Hours: 9 - 5 / Monday - Friday
Contract Duration: 6 month contract
Salary: £16 - £18 per hour


As a Customer Service Advisor, you will have experience in:

  • Communicating with customers over the phone
  • Managing customer expectations while providing them with a professional service
  • Social housing background (desirable)
