Customer Service Advisor

Location: Belfast

Qualifications

Essential Criteria:

  • at least 1 year's experience in this role or similar
  • outstanding customer service
  • well organised
  • passionate, enthusiastic and motivated
  • basic level of computer literacy

Desirable criteria:

  • 2+ year’s experience within this role or similar
  • previous knowledge and experience of the motor trade industry
Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
  • Running the office, including managing the diary/booking in work
  • Dealing with all customer enquiries, raising quotations and liaising with customers for additional work
  • Liaising with the workshop staff & suppliers.
  • Processing payments and managing the petty cash
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and policies
  • Willingness to travel and cover other centres if and when required
  • Other duties as requested
