Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Advisor located in the Belfast Metropolitan Area. The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for providing customer-focused service, addressing customer inquiries via telephone, supporting customers with their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional tasks include managing and resolving customer complaints, processing orders, and providing product information.
