Overview

We\'re looking for a talented Customer Service Advisor to join our client\'s dynamic contact centre team on a full time, permanent basis. You\'ll be the voice of the brand — whether supporting customers over the phone or via email — helping them with a wide range of queries about Savings and Retail Finance products.

Whether it\'s assisting someone to open a savings account or supporting a retail finance customer with payment queries, you will play a critical role in delivering a first-class customer experience with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.

What You\'ll Be Doing
  • Responding to customer queries via phone, email, and online portal
  • Supporting customers with opening and managing their savings accounts
  • Assisting retail finance customers with account queries, payments, and balances
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal processes
  • Using a variety of systems (training provided)
  • Delivering a service that reflects our positive and professional brand
What We\'re Looking For
  • Experience: Proven customer service experience in a telephony-based environment
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal & written), attention to detail, and strong IT literacy (Microsoft Office)
  • Mindset: Positive, proactive, team-oriented, and adaptable to change
