Customer Service Advisor (Permanent, Full-Time)

Location: CM11 2UF
Pay: £27,500

Are you a highly organised and customer-focused individual ready to join our Operations Team? We're looking for Customer Service Advisor(s) to manage high volumes of calls and ensure excellent service delivery!

About the Role

You'll be responsible for scheduling appointments with clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers, ensuring we meet contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Using our MSi system, you'll schedule operatives, discuss complex repairs, and instil customer confidence through clear communication via phone and email.

About You

We're looking for candidates with:

  • Experience: Social Housing/Repair & Maintenance background or 2+ years in a contact centre.
  • Scheduling Expertise: Proven experience in scheduling Disrepairs, Voids, or Complex works.
  • Communication Skills: Competent in communicating with operatives, subcontractors, and residents.
  • Building Knowledge: Basic building maintenance and planning knowledge (e.g., job durations, sequencing).
  • Organisation: Ability to prioritise and ensure jobs are on target.
  • Computer & Communication Skills: Good computer, project management, and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Customer Focus: Passionate about service delivery and customer satisfaction.
