A leading trade center in Northern Ireland seeks a Customer Service Assistant to enhance day-to-day operations. This role involves engaging with customers through various channels, ensuring their needs are efficiently met. Responsibilities include processing transactions, generating sales opportunities, and maintaining store presentation. Ideal candidates will have experience in customer service and strong communication skills, with knowledge of the construction industry being a plus.
A Customer Service Assistant based in one of our busy trade centres is an integral role of day-to-day branch operations. This role will involve a large element of customer engagement through phone calls, emails and face to face interaction ensuring our customers need are met in an efficient and personable manner. Taking pride in delivering what we promise, the role ensures the trade centre is a well presented place ensuring the availability of our full suite of stock to enable us to deliver our customer promise. At the trade counter you will be ensuring both our account and cash sales customers have everything they need to complete their job.
