Technical Customer Support Advisor

1to1 Group are looking for a Technical Customer Support Advisor to join our client's team, providing technical support to customers on their cutting-edge equipment. You will play a key role in troubleshooting, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through expert guidance and first-class service.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.

This is a full-time position.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  1. Provide first-line support to customers regarding machinery installation, operation, and maintenance issues.
  2. Troubleshoot problems, escalating to technical engineering teams when needed.
  3. Manage and log customer interactions (calls, emails, etc.) via our CRM system.
  4. Maintain accurate records of equipment serial numbers and warranty information.
  5. Track underperforming customer sites, offering solutions to improve performance.
  6. Collaborate with third-party service providers to ensure efficient field repairs and first-time fixes.
  7. Process parts orders and ensure timely delivery in coordination with the Customer Services Manager.
  8. Support the operations team in dispatching service providers to jobs.
  9. Offer warranty information and after-sales support.
  10. Flexibly undertake additional administrative duties to maintain smooth operations.
Required Skills, Experience, and Attributes
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a technical or equipment-related role.
  • Competency with CRM systems (Salesforce or equivalent).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
