A family-owned online sportswear company in Saltaire is seeking customer-focused individuals for their Call Centre. The role involves addressing customer queries and complaints via phone and email, ensuring satisfaction without hard selling. Candidates should be punctual, reliable, and genuinely care about their work. Full training is provided, with a shift pattern including occasional Saturday work.

Roles in the general Call Centre are office-based and are in three shifts - 8am to 4.30pm, 9am to 5.30pm and 11.30am to 8pm, Monday to Friday. Over a six-week period, staff will work one early and one late shift and four middle shifts. There is also a requirement to work one Saturday a month.
As our business continues to grow, we are now looking for more people with the human touch to boost our team. Full training is available.
