Overview

Join a market-leading company just down the A64 from Scarborough and become an essential part of the team at Kingspan Limited.

We’re looking for a Customer Service Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment and enjoys providing excellent service to customers.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day customer orders, checking material and production capacity.
  • Liaise with Area Sales Managers, internal quotations teams, and production facilities to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer queries, working with Quality, Finance, and Transport to resolve issues.
  • Accurately handle data entry and processing.
  • Communicate directly with customers to provide updates and resolve queries.
  • Work with the CAD team, taking off drawings and performing calculations where required.
Requirements

You’ll have experience in a fast-paced, technical customer service role, be confident working with both customers and internal teams, and be comfortable working with technical information.

Strong computer literacy is essential, with SAP experience being advantageous.

This will be working Monday to Thursday: 8:15am – 4:40pm, and Fridays 8:15am – 3:55pm (with 40 minutes for lunch), earning a salary of £27,158.58 per annum.
