What You Will Do:
  1. Manage daily inbound customer calls, emails, and order processing, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
  2. Provide timely updates and resolutions to customer queries, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
  3. Ensure accurate entry of order details and maintenance of internal systems for seamless operations.
  4. Coordinate UK and export deliveries, including liaising with third-party hauliers for efficient logistics.
  5. Prepare and check export documentation, with full training provided to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  6. Liaise with internal departments and external customers to ensure a seamless process, contributing to continuous improvement.
What You Will Bring:
  1. Previous experience in an office or customer service environment, demonstrating your capability to thrive in such settings.
  2. Strong organisational and multitasking skills, capable of meeting daily KPIs and deadlines with precision.
  3. Exceptional communication skills - both verbal and written, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in all interactions.
