Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a team-oriented, customer-focused administrator to join our busy Customer Service Team at our UK head office near Manston, Kent.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for understanding our customer needs and exceeding their expectations by telephone or email. The role involves daily operational service tasks to meet customer demand. This is a maternity cover role expected to end in November 2025.
