An established industry player is seeking a dynamic individual to join their Customer Services team. These roles mean you will have daily contact with many of our key customers and applicants must be able to provide a flexible approach to a key job function within the company and be capable of adapting to the demands of an organisation providing first class customer service in a fast moving and competitive market.
The successful applicant will join our Customer Services team specifically to work with our installations division as a co-ordinator of our installation activities on a national basis.
You will have daily contact with many of our key customers including housebuilders, site managers and our retail customers and will be responsible for planning their installation requirements.
Interested applicants should have a pleasant personality, good communication skills and must be able to demonstrate a resilient and flexible approach to a key job function with the company.
Full training will be given on the company’s systems and product range. However, you should have good keyboard skills and be able to demonstrate an organized approach to your working day.
Our staff are required to cover the current opening hours which are 8.00am to 5.30pm and these are covered on a rota’s basis. i.e. 8am – 4pm, 8.30am – 4.30pm, 9am – 5pm and 9.30 – 5.30pm.
