Must Have’s

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales support
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
  • Confident managing customer orders from entry to delivery

Nice to Have’s

  • Experience in logistics, order fulfilment, or invoicing
  • Familiarity with CRM/ERP software, Salesforce would be desirable
  • What you’ll be doing
  • Process and manage customer orders from start to finish
  • Coordinate with internal teams to track shipments and delivery timelines
  • Maintain and update customer and order information
  • Act as a point of contact for customer enquiries and updates
  • Support invoicing and reporting tasks as needed
