Recruit4Staff are pleased to be representing their client, a leading Automation company, in their search for a Customer Service Administrator to work in their expanding facility in Telford.

For the successful Customer Service Administrator, our client is offering:

  • Up to £14.00 per hour DOE
  • Fully flexible hours, either 9AM-3PM or 10AM-5PM, with 4 or 5 day working week options
  • Temp-perm position
  • Free on-site parking
  • Profit share bonus - once full-time

The Role - Customer Service Administrator:

  • Monitor and process emails, including quotes, orders, and queries
  • Take payments via card processing software or similar for applicable orders
  • Liaise with accounts regarding BACS payments
  • Deal with telephone calls and enquiries from new and existing customers
  • Print picklists for the warehouse to pick
  • Liaise with hauliers, book direct load vehicles, and daily dispatch vehicles
  • Chase ETAs, report and follow up on delayed deliveries, damages, and claims
  • Enter dispatches on the haulier portal, print labels, and attach labels to pallets
  • Enter Parcelforce deliveries on the portal and print labels for parcels
  • Print end-of-day manifest, ensure driver sign-off
  • Check picked orders for accuracy before dispatch
  • Ensure every order is fully dispatched in Flightdeck, including status and customer invoice

What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Administrator:

  • Experience in a customer service role - ESSENTIAL
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office - ESSENTIAL
  • Confident in answering phones and liaising with different departments
  • Strong administration skills, as this is a very varied position
  • A valid driving license and transport are essential due to location
