Our client are a growing manufacturing business dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services to their clients. To support their busy Customer Service team, they are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.

The Opportunity
  • Process customer orders with high attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate customer records.
  • Responding to customer queries via email & phone calls.
  • Following up on customer requests, providing and sending over quotations.
  • Working towards targets of ensuring all open orders meet delivery requirements from the customer.
  • Handle customer complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
Personal Profile
  • You will be passionate about helping others and providing solutions and an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • You will have strong advanced Excel skills and previous experience using SAP.
