Our client, one of the world leaders in their field, is looking for a bright, proactive and highly motivated candidate to join their customer services team and work across their key accounts. Good Excel skills are essential for this role as the role includes lots of analysing data and running reports.

This is a really varied role and our client offers a great salary plus excellent benefits.

Applicant must have A-C GCSE Maths and English, an excellent telephone manner along with good attention to detail, good knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, V Look Ups) and previous SAP experience would be a bonus, but is not essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and e-mail
  • Processing of customer orders, monitoring customer stock
  • Management of core customer data
  • Demand and supply planning
  • Resolution of depot errors, correction of systems and reports
  • Balancing of customer orders across wash depots to ensure efficient order fulfilment
  • Dealing with customer complaints
  • Maintain and issue a variety of internal reports, weekly and monthly
  • Booking of transport where required

Key Skills

  • Previous customer service and/or admin experience with good Excel skills
  • SAP would be an advantage
  • Strong IT skills in MS Office
  • Organised, proactive,and able to multitask
  • Able to think for themselves
