Overview

Customer Service & Administrator (temporary role to cover until Feb / March 2026). Start date: ASAP.

Location: Cosham, Portsmouth

Salary: £25,350 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week (Flexibility required between 8:00am – 6:00pm)

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling inbound calls and emails from customers and third parties

  • Providing administrative support to ensure a smooth and efficient service for customers
