Customer Service Administrator working within HR

  • Salary - £28,000
  • Hours - 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
  • Location - Cressex Head Office with 2 days per week home working

Role overview:

At Biffa, we are looking for a Customer Service Administrator with great customer service experience to expand into HR. You will support internal and external customers, maintaining high service levels and compliance with company procedures.

This role involves handling high-volume interactions via email, systems, and phone, covering topics like company cars, family leave, and system support.

Core responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for internal staff, resolving queries and explaining company policies.
  • Support and train staff on company procedures and systems.
  • Follow SOPs, SLAs, and KPIs to ensure efficient and accurate service.
  • Contribute to improving SOPs for better service.
  • Manage and resolve client inquiries within set timescales, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate employee database information.

Requirements:

  • Studying towards CIPD qualification is desirable.
  • Over 2 years of HR administration or senior customer service experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with all employee levels.
