Must Have’s
  • Previous experience in a fast paced customer service/admin role
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Confident with Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Previous experience liaising with 3 rd parties and customers
  • Ability to work as part of a small, close-knit team
Nice to have’s
  • Knowledge of booking deliveries or working in logistics
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Prior experience within a construction, interior design or manufacturing would be highly advantageous
So what will you be doing?
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers, transport and warehouse teams
  • Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • Monitoring email inboxes and acknowledging all enquiries and orders
  • Processing customer orders and raising sales invoices using Xero
  • Working alongside all areas of the business to ensure excellent service is delivered
  • Carrying out general admin and ad-hoc support tasks as needed
  • Based in Barnwood
