Overview

Join a market-leading company just down the A64 from Scarborough and become an essential part of the team at Kingspan Limited. We're looking for a Customer Service Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment and enjoys providing excellent service to customers.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day customer orders, checking material and production capacity.
  • Liaise with Area Sales Managers, internal quotations teams, and production facilities to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer queries, working with Quality, Finance, and Transport to resolve issues.
  • Accurately handle data entry and processing.
  • Communicate directly with customers to provide updates and resolve queries.
  • Work with the CAD team, taking off drawings and performing calculations where required.
Requirements
  • You'll have experience in a fast-paced, technical customer service role, be confident working with both customers and internal teams, and be comfortable working with technical information.
  • Strong computer literacy is essential, with SAP experience being advantageous.
Details

This will be working Monday to Thursday: 8:15am - 4:40pm, and Fridays 8:15am - 3:55pm (with 40 minutes for lunch), earning a salary of £27,158.58 per annum.
