We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator. This role is perfect for a coordinator with excellent communication skills. You will be the person supporting the teams - and will be the first point of contact for all customers and the administration relating to their accounts.
An important part of your role will include meeting with clients face to face, so you must have excellent customer service and enjoy building working relationships.
Duties will involve, not limited to:
Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal.
Enjoy a high level of interaction with clients and visitors with a welcoming and professional approach at all times.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent telephone manner.
Confidentiality, discretion and diplomacy with the ability to deal tactfully and diplomatically with a wide range of people.
Excellent time management skills demonstrating the ability to organise and manage changing priorities on an ongoing basis.
Ability to work both autonomously and within a team with a positive can-do attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Efficiency, reliability and flexibility.
Ability to use initiative when required.
Proven IT skills, including MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
A valid driving licence would be advantageous due to the location.
Must be happy to work some weekends.
