Hours Of Work

  • Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (1-hour unpaid lunch)

Telesales / Customer Service Administrator Duties

As a Telesales / Customer Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing a positive and memorable customer experience while handling incoming and outgoing calls. Your main focus will be engaging with our existing customers to upsell products and promotions, taking regular orders, and managing customer inquiries with a friendly and professional approach. You'll also assist with stock control and ensure timely delivery of our products, all while thriving in a fast-paced environment. This is the perfect opportunity to harness your relationship-building skills and make a meaningful impact!

Telesales / Customer Service Administrator Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service, telephone or face-to-face.
