Review contracts, book and/or reschedule customer orders.

Providing quote information based on price lists, lead times and inventory availability.

Liaise with internal departments providing customers competitive pricing.

Deal with customer requests for sample orders.

Obtain Forecasts, follow up on quotations (respective ASM’s –), items not taken and enter data for Return Materials Authorization database.

Be the main Point of contact for your customers assisting with Ad- Hoc customer. account support and general administration duties as required.

Log complaints and update customer database.

Liaise and collaborate effectively with various Littelfuse departments (Sales, Production, Shipping, Planning teams) to resolve queries of customers including supply issues, delivery/shipment issues.

Sending Key customer quarterly updates.

Daily Reporting.

Covering other Territories when other team members or out.
