As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. You will handle customer queries through various channels, process orders, and proactively address any issues that may arise. Your focus will be on delivering first-time resolution and upholding our commitment to excellence.

Location: Chester

Duration: Permanent

Responsibilities:

* Process customer orders and prioritise workflow to ensure efficiency

* Investigate and resolve customer queries, providing exceptional service throughout

* Stay updated on product knowledge through training sessions

* Liaise with internal and external departments regarding stock, deliveries, and special requests

* Identify and flag urgent or problematic orders, as well as potential customer complaints or product concerns

* Assist Account Managers with orders and queries

* Identify sales opportunities and communicate them to the sales team

What you bring to the table:

  • A strong and stable career history, highlighting your achievements and progression
  • Previous experience in a call centre or high-volume customer service role
  • The ability to excel in a self-driven environment, with a strong emphasis on quality and service
  • Proficiency in IT systems, with experience in Salesforce CRM considered an advantage
  • A self-motivated and highly organised work ethic
  • Confidence and a professional demeanour
