  • Supporting vulnerable individuals with applications, ensuring accuracy.
  • Providing detailed inductions and guidance to clients throughout the process.

  • Informing clients about eligibility and supporting evidence requirements.
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to maximize support.
  • Managing casework, including complex or safeguarding cases.
  • Maintaining accurate records and completing administrative tasks.
  • Providing face-to-face outreach support at scheduled locations.

£28,500 per annum
Braintree, Essex
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, 35 hours

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will support emotionally sensitive individuals via telephone and face-to-face advice. The environment is fast-paced, requiring resilience and adaptability, working closely with the Regional Assistant Manager to reprioritise tasks based on changing needs. Your work will directly impact clients' lives, providing a rewarding experience.

Responsibilities include:


  • Supporting vulnerable individuals with applications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to KPIs and timescales
  • Providing detailed inductions and guidance to clients throughout the process
  • Collaborating with the regional team to ensure compliance with regulations, health and safety, and policies
  • Informing clients about eligibility and supporting evidence requirements within deadlines
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to maximise support
  • Managing casework, including complex or safeguarding cases
  • Maintaining accurate records, following up on cases, and completing administrative tasks
  • Providing face-to-face outreach support at scheduled locations

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Experience providing advice/support in sensitive, emotionally demanding situations
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience working towards challenging KPIs
  • Empathetic approach to supporting individuals in transition
  • Quick learner and adaptable to change

Recruitment Process:


  • Counter Terrorism Check (CTC) required; completed by the client
  • Enhanced DBS certificate required
  • Must have 5 years continuous UK residency
  • Valid passport needed
