Key Responsibilities:

1. Delivering excellent customer service via phone, email, and internal systems
2. Accurately processing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery
3. Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and client coordination
4. Handling incoming calls and responding to email enquiries efficiently
5. Maintaining accurate records and performing regular data entry
6. Liaising with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction

What will you bring?

1. Previous experience in customer service, administration, or sales support
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
3. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
4. Confident using MS Office and CRM systems
5. Positive attitude, strong team player, and highly organised
