Job description

Job Title: Customer Service Admin

Salary: £27,000 p/annum + Performance related bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with 1 hour lunch

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

We offer a comprehensive range of remanufactured Technology equipment to both business and end users worldwide. Our high-quality, cost-effective product range is increasingly adopted by both Private and Public Sectors.

Responsibilities:

  1. Providing administrative assistance to Account Managers
  2. Handling incoming telephone enquiries, transferring calls, and taking accurate messages
  3. Processing sales orders and preparing invoices
  4. Arranging couriers, sending tracking numbers, and resolving courier issues
  5. Conducting after-sales customer calls
  6. Responding to customer enquiries and complaints post-sale
  7. Maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment
  8. Managing customer service on ecommerce platforms (messages, calls, invoices, returns)

Skills and Experience:

  1. Excellent administrative, organisational, and time management skills
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills within a team
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
  4. Proactive and confident in customer, supplier, and internal communications
  5. Ability to prioritise and multi-task under pressure and tight deadlines
  6. Flexible, adaptable, dependable, with professionalism and dedication
