  • Process orders, manage dispatch, and generate invoices.
  • Create customer quotes and distribute samples.
  • Conduct sales and financial reporting.
  • Monitor stock levels and manage reordering based on forecasts.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service as the primary contact point.

Due to continued business growth, our client in the Worcester area is looking for an experienced Customer Service Admin to join their fun and vibrant team!

Benefits:

  • Salary - £23,000 to £26,000 per annum
  • Hours of work – Monday to Thursday 09:00am – 17:00pm, 16:00pm finish on Friday
  • Office based role only.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Process orders, manage dispatch, and generate invoices.
  • Create customer quotes and distribute samples.
  • Conduct sales and financial reporting.
  • Monitor stock levels and manage reordering based on forecasts.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service as the primary contact point.
  • Prepare reports and support basic accounting tasks, including invoicing and payment tracking.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • (Preferred) Some experience in stock control.
  • (Preferred) Some knowledge in interior and houseware trends.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Outlook.
  • Professional telephone manner and confident answering inbound calls.
  • Key attention to detail.
