This is the ideal opportunity for an experienced customer service representative who is looking for a new challenge.

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as a main point of contact for assigned accounts,
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs, challenges and expectations providing support and solutions,
  • Schedule and lead client meetings to review service performance,
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients,
  • Monitor account performance and service level agreements to ensure adherence and identify potential issues before they escalate.
  • Take ownership of customer concerns and address any challenges proactively,
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion by upselling and cross-selling,
  • Track engagement and retention metrics,
  • Prepare reports on account performance and service metrics.
Requirements

You will need:

  • Previous experience working in a customer service role, ideally in a sales support role,
  • Ideally a full UK driving licence with access to their own car,
  • Excellent communication and people skills,
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
