Customer Service / Account Manager | Food Franchise | High Wycombe | £28,000 - £35,000 DOE + Bonus

Monday to Friday - 10am - 6pm

Are you a people-person with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth?

We're recruiting on behalf of a highly successful and fast-growing food franchise known for quality, consistency, and a loyal customer base. Due to ongoing expansion, they're looking for a Customer Service / Account Manager to join their friendly and ambitious team.

As Customer Service / Account Manager, you'll be the key contact for over 200 existing client accounts - building strong relationships, ensuring smooth order processing, and providing first-class service at every touchpoint. You'll also play a key role in identifying new sales opportunities, following up on leads, and helping to grow the customer base.

This is a perfect opportunity for someone who loves variety - combining customer care, account management, and commercial awareness in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Customer Service / Account Manager Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of 200+ existing accounts, building trust and long-term relationships.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all clients receive a seamless service.
  • Provide quotations, respond to product queries, and manage any order-related issues with professionalism.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on customer needs.
  • Follow up on incoming leads and convert prospects into active clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, and Operations) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Keep CRM systems and account records up to date with client information and interactions.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular updates and feedback to management.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in account management, sales and customer service, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, you're confident, personable, and relationship-driven.
  • A natural problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Commercially aware, with an ability to spot opportunities and contribute to growth.
  • Comfortable working with order processing systems and CRM platforms.
  • Experience in the food, hospitality, or franchise sector is a plus - but not essential.
