Customer Care Administrator

Location: Office-based, UB11 (Uxbridge)

Salary: £29,000 + bonus

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? Do you take pride in making sure every customer feels valued and supported? We're looking for a Customer Care Administrator to join a friendly and growing team.

In this role, you'll be the voice and heart of the business, helping customers resolve queries, handle complaints professionally, and ensure a smooth customer experience from start to finish. If you're a confident communicator, naturally empathetic, and thrive in a fast-paced environment — this could be the role for you.

What You'll Need:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service or support environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines
  • Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Familiarity with CRM systems — Salesforce knowledge is a bonus
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming customer calls and emails with professionalism and a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Resolve customer enquiries, complaints, and product-related issues within agreed timeframes
  • Show empathy and patience when dealing with challenging or sensitive situations
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge to confidently support customer queries
  • Escalate any unresolved or ongoing service issues to the Customer Care Manager
  • Support with general admin and ad hoc duties as needed
  • Work towards customer service KPIs and targets

This is a full-time, office-based role (Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm).

You’ll be joining a supportive, down-to-earth team where your contribution truly matters.
