Rocksteady Music School have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join the largest and fastest growing Rock School in the world at their office within a beautiful, converted manor house in Liphook, Hampshire.

Rocksteady have been delivering progressive and inclusive music lessons for over a decade, sending passionate musicians into schools to teach primary school children how to perform music in a band. Rocksteady is the largest rock school in the world and their mission is simple - To empower as many children as possible and transform their lives through progressive and inclusive music education which directly improves their wellbeing, confidence, and life skills.

About the role
As a Customer Service Representative your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering quality and passionate customer service through multiple channels (calls, email, live chat, social media)
  • Resolving customer enquiries quickly and efficiently
  • Managing, investigate, and resolve customer complaints where necessary
  • Informing new customers of the benefits of our music lessons
  • Recording information accurately into our internal systems
  • Working within a fast-paced environment
  • Office hours will be moving to 8am-8pm soon. Shift patterns may be required in the role to cover our open hours

About you
To be successful for the role of Customer Service Representative you must have / be:

  • Previous experience in a customer facing role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional telephone manner and confident on the phone
  • A positive and enthusiastic approach to work
  • Passionate about helping our customers and your team
  • Organised with high attention to detail
  • Flexible and able to multi-task efficiently

About the rewards
For the role of Customer Service Representative, you will receive a salary of £21,000 per annum plus excellent benefits which include:
