Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Location: South Bristol/East Bristol
Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
Salary: £27,000

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Customer Service Administrator based in Brislington, offering a competitive salary of £27,000, along with excellent benefits, including an end-of-year bonus.

The Company:
Our client is seeking an Administrator to become part of their close-knit team in South Bristol. Main Duties:

  1. Be the main contact for trade distributors and agents.
  2. Generate quotes for customers using the Quote Management system.
  3. Upsell to existing clients and foster strong customer relationships.
  4. Contribute to marketing strategies and manage pricing structures.
  5. Monitor order statuses and proactively follow up with customers.

Administration:

  1. Perform data entry and process orders efficiently.
  2. Handle incoming phone calls professionally.
  3. Support general administrative tasks as needed.
