Role Details:

Based at Head Office in Isleworth, our client Robot Coupe, a leading manufacturer of catering equipment, seeks an experienced Customer Sales/Service Office Manager.

You and your team of 4 will support internal and external stakeholders, including customers from the hospitality sector, end users, distributors, sales, marketing, accounts, warehouse, service, and leadership.

Your daily tasks include processing orders, quotes, credit notes, booking demos, invoicing, sales reports, equipment collections, and initial sales inquiries.

You should be an effective communicator, problem solver, relationship builder, and passionate about delivering excellent service.

Candidate Profile:

If you are passionate about customer service and sales, experienced in managing office operations and leading teams, consider this opportunity:
