Job Summary

Wrightbus is the fastest growing production company in Europe. We are recruiting a Customer Sales Executive to deliver industry-leading customer service, provide accurate product information, and manage an efficient sales ordering process in our fast-paced aftersales department.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage assigned accounts to ensure quick processing and delivery of orders.
  2. Communicate with customers and sales teams regarding order statuses.
  3. Administer aftermarket part sales, including order uploads onto Sage.
  4. Ensure accuracy of sales orders and invoices.
  5. Collaborate with purchasing to provide pricing and commercial terms to international customers.
  6. Handle tenders, RFQs, and price requests via portals or email.
  7. Provide estimated arrival times for back-ordered parts.
  8. Resolve customer technical inquiries with technical departments.
  9. Inform customers about obsoleted or superseded parts.
  10. Create credit notes for faulty or overcharged items.
  11. Compile sales and KPI reports as needed.
  12. Maintain system data accuracy and follow escalation procedures for unresolved queries.
Requirements
  • 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths at Grade C or above.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar customer order processing role.
  • Proven experience communicating with customers via phone and email.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
