Domestic and General is seeking a Customer Sales Advisor in Registrations to speak with customers who recently bought appliances and help them register warranties. You’ll promote enhanced protection options and deliver a positive, compliant customer experience.
The role is full-time with a hybrid setup for Nottingham-area locals or fully remote for those outside Nottingham, starting soon. You’ll join a high-energy team focused on compliant, outcomes-driven service.

Salary: £25,506 per year plus average additional earnings of £7,024 per annum
Contract: Permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week with a rotating weekly shift pattern
Location: Fully Remote for those outside of Nottingham and Hybrid for those local to Nottingham.
Start: Monday, 5th of October.

How will you contribute? As a registrations advisor, you'll speak to customers who have recently purchased appliances and are looking to register their manufacturer warranty. Through engaging, positive conversations, you’ll help customers register their appliances while exploring ways to enhance their protection and overall experience. If you enjoy working towards goals, having meaningful conversations, and making every interaction count, this could be a great fit for you.
Shift Pattern: Your shift patterns will rotate on a 6 week rota between our core opening hours of 8am and 8pm (Monday‑Sunday). You’ll work 37.5 hours per week and you will have two 15‑minute breaks and a full hour for lunch, allowing you to recharge and maintain your focus.
We’ll provide all the equipment you need, but you must have broadband access.
