Job description

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us asCustomer Sales Advisors, where you'll confidently and impartially sell a wide range of tickets and services while exceeding customer expectations.

  • Maintain ticket machines and complete accountancy tasks.

Working Hours?

The working schedule is 24 hours per week, including bank holidays, and follows a two-week rotation:

  • Week 1: Monday to Wednesday, 06:15 – 14:15
  • Week 2: Thursday and Friday, 06:15 – 14:15, and Saturday, 06:15 – 15:15

What to Expect?

  • Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a competency-based interview, which is tentatively scheduled for the week beginning 25 August 2025.
  • Full training will be provided, including a 2-week training programme in Swindon.
