A leading transportation company is looking for a Customer Sales Advisor at Didcot Parkway. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, selling tickets, and assisting passengers on their journeys. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. The position may require varied shifts, including early starts and late finishes.
Customer Sales Advisor
Location – Didcot Parkway
Grade/Salary: CSA/£33062
This position is based in Didcot Ticket Office. Working within the sales office you will often be the first people that our customers have contact with, having a responsibility to provide a warm welcome, make people feel secure and help customers on their journeys.
As a Customer Sales Advisor, you will confidently and impartially sell the full range of tickets and services, including processing high volumes of sales, and ensure that customer requirements are met and exceeded
Didcot Parkway is a busy commuter station with regular services into both London Paddington & Reading.
This role will require you to work a variety of shifts which will include early starts and late finishes as well as weekends and bank holiday working. Your starting and finishing times may be at times when public transport is not available, so you must be able to get to and from the station without relying on this.
