Sales and Customer Service Advisor - Full Time Equivalent (Mon-Fri) - Immediate Start!

This role requires candidates to have a professional level of English speaking skills and be able to work 5 full days per week, Monday to Friday. This role is not suitable for candidates still in education.

Our client is looking for people to join their busy Leicester office immediately due to high client demand. They are expanding and have roles available full-time within their fun and lively residential campaigns team, in the sales and customer service sector.

What you will be doing

1. You will meet customers face-to-face, gauge their interest in a product or service, provide a comprehensive explanation about the brand, product, and service, with the main aim to get customers signed up and onboarded.
2. You will take customers through the sales process.
3. You will provide excellent customer experience and service.
4. You will attend meetings and participate in the supportive and inclusive company culture our client promotes.

Candidates must;

• Be great at working with customers.
• Enjoy working in a team.
• Be able to work the equivalent of full-time hours, 5 days per week (Monday to Friday).
• Want to deliver high standards of customer service.
• Be over the age of 18.
• Be willing and able to commute to and work within the Leicester area.
• Have a professional level of English speaking skills to be considered for this role.
